Simassessment - an On-line Game for University Lecturers
The design and supervision of the development of an interactive activity that teaches University teachers about the proper design of course assessment plans and activities. Lecturers can choose to take over one of four classes. They have to decide on appropriate assessment approaches and then apply their assessment decisions to the class. Students then give real life responses and feedback to these assessment tasks - often in an impactful and emotional manner. The lecturer can then edit and change the tasks and guage the response. The key is the cause and effect of assessment decisions on students and increasing the lecturers' sensitivity to students' needs and pressures.

These are mini-sites to display and structure e-learning course information for Cisco courses relevant to each Telco. These sites were built under very strict template guidelines for a Content Management System. The main objective was to make it easy to see what courses were available for each job title. It was also vital that the navigation was straight-forward. Another objective was to make the companies' staff feel at home by providing a visually familiar environment; that is an environment that relates to their own intranet and internet environments.
