Creative Director and CEO, Monitor Information Systems 1990-1997
Was a founding Director of Monitor, one of Australia's pioneers in the design and development of interactive media. Monitor intially specialised in the broadband world of interactive videodisc then were among the first to move to harddisk digital video systems and then to CD-ROM and internet projects. Some achievements were:
- Developed I3 'I cubed' is an interactive media design methodology focussing on Interactive, Interface and Instructional Design
- Greenhouse touchscreen game and drama videodisc investigating the greenhouse effect for the Science Museum in Canberra
- Visions for the Future a bilingual (Indonesian and English) interactive multimedia program designed for the "Australia Today Indonesia '94" exhibition and thereafter to travel throughout South East Asia. It introduces Australian scientific and technological developments to the Asian market and establishes Australia's credentials as a world leader in these fields.
- Australia Today a touch screen interactive information system to promote Australia as an partner in the development of the Asia Pacific region. The program highlights Australian endeavours in science, technology, industry, education, and the environment. The system is presented with Korean and English language options.
- Westfield Shareholders An investor relations web site and intranet for Westfield Trust, Westfield America Trust and Westfield Holdings which also includes information for the general public on all Westfield centres.
- Active Lifestyles a highend Electronic Proof of Concept (EPOC) on lifestyle, health and exercise choices for teenagers Funded by: Woolworth's Australia
- Sports and Games An ambitious EPOC aimed at teaching late primary and early secondary students basic skills for team sports Commissioned by: Australian Sports Commission
- South Australia A suite of integrated interactive multimedia products to attract international interest and investment into the state of South Australia. Commissioned by: Economic Development Authority
- Indigenous Australia Indigenous Australia: An Aboriginal Community Focus is a CD-ROM based multimedia package on Aboriginal culture to be used in secondary and tertiary educational institutions. Commissioned by: The Aboriginal Education Unit of TAFE
- Conrad Martens an interactive CD-ROM publication of the Conrad Martens sketches, watercolours, paintings, journals and notebooks held by the State Library of New South Wales and the book Conrad Martens Life and Art by Elizabeth Ellis. Commissioned by: The State Library of NSW Press

1996 ATOM awards Finalist Best Secondary School Resource - Frontiers of Utopia An interactive videodisc 'experience' of Utopia as seen through the eyes of eight 20th Century women in the 1900s, 1930s, 1960s and 1990s. Viewers may immerse themselves in the almost surrealistic vignettes, which show moments of these women's lives against a backcloth of historic footage, graphics and animation. Funding by: Australian Film Commission
- Familiar Strangers Experimental interactive drama project. Commissioned by: Harvest Productions and Komodo Multimedia Productions with funding provided by Australian Film Commission
- Crocodile Island Consultancy, interactive and graphic design for the development of a Compact Disc Interactive (CD-I) mystery drama program for the consumer market Funded by: Australian Film Commission and Philips UK
- Roads to Xanadu A touch screen interactive which explores the traditional arts, culture, and technologies of China and their influence on the development of Western societies. Co-venture: Film Australia Commissioned by: The Art Gallery of NSW

- KPMG Induction Training a games based induction exercise the first program to be develop for KPMG Australia's intranet
- Communication Counts a video scenario based interactive CD-ROM to teach workers with literacy problems how to communicate effectively in the workplace.
- Rockchallenge a web site to tell highschool students everything that they want to know about the global rock challenge eisteddfod in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Commissioned by: Global Rock Challenge Pty Ltd
- WIRES a web site to provide information about the care of wildlife with particular appeal to children Commissioned by: Wildlife Information Rescue Emergency Service utilising the bequest of Hugh Templeton
- The Crow Files a web site aimed at 15 25 year olds communicating the 'Working Nation' initiatives of the Department of Education, Employment and Training (DEET) Commissioned by: Point & Click Pty Ltd on behalf of DEET
- Seafarer a web site promoting crewed and bareboat charter yachts around the world. Commissioned by: Club Seafarer International
- BHP: Your Environment an interactive program to teach environmental awareness and environmentally friendly work practices to BHP employees at Port Kembla. Commissioned by: BHP Steel
- Role Play Simulation an interactive program for teaching customer care to bank tellers. Combining role model simulation, drill and practice and tutorials this program fills the need for people in many sectors of customer service to have face to face practice. Commissioned by: Network One
1994 AIMIA Awards: First place Training Category 1994 ITVA Mobie Award: Multimedia Category - Interviewing Skills interpersonal communications for increasing job effectiveness. This program takes systems analysts into a factory to uncover information they need for their program specifications. Commissioned by: TAFE (NSW)
- Flooding an innovative multimedia database for students and teachers of the Social Studies curriculum for children with learning difficulties. Commissioned by: NSW Department of School Education and IBM
- Sports Search a floppy disk (DOS and Mac) sports counselling program for high school students Commissioned by: Aussie Sport; Australian Sports Commission
- Customer Information An interactive touchscreen videodisc program to provide a customer information system for RTA outlets state wide. The program incorporates a full array of updateable multimedia resources relating to all RTA's operations of interest to its customers. Commissioned by: Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW
- Coca-Cola Quayside Mix an interactive graphics and video mixing booth for teenagers to be placed in the Coca-Cola Quayside Museum in Sydney. Commissioned by: Coca-Cola (South Pacific)
- The Parallel Runway an interactive program using graphics and MPEG video to describe the development process and benefits of the parallel runway at Kingsford Smith Airport in Sydney. Commissioned by: Federal Airports Commission
- Homechoice Centre an interactive walk-through with over 2,500 3D fully rendered views of a proposed commercial development. Commissioned by: CSR Limited

- Australia Today (Japanese) a repurposing of the Korean and English version for the 'Celebrate Australia' exhibition in Japan in November 1993. It incorporated new material, a Japanese presenter and Japanese narration. Commissioned by: Federal Department of Industry, Technology and Regional Development
- State Rail Quiz an interactive information system structured as a quiz which uses animated cartoons to communicate humorously to people of all ages. Commissioned by: State Rail of New South Wales
- Landing on Your Feet an interactive game that invited users to help a young couple find their ideal home, providing 'real life' decision-making scenarios. Commissioned by: Department of Lands, South Australia.
- CSR Product Kiosk product display and catalogue touchscreen kiosk for a major CSR trade show Commissioned by: CSR
