Sapient (see Sapient.com) is the world’s most respected web developer having developed solutions for the leading dotcoms and corporates in America and around the world. The Australian branch of 80 employees was run largely by Americans and was looking for a local Creative Director. Won the job after 10 interviews (a la big corporate America) because stood out in the following areas:

• Innovative Interactive Design– they needed someone to help them stand out in user-centred interactive design. Proved was a world-class innovator in this discipline.
• Design Team leadership – showed had years of supervising large-scale mulitmedia and internet projects able to make design decisions on every facet from Architecture to Interface to Content
